June 1, 2023 Update:
The Wappingers Congress of Teachers recently held their annual food drive to support Zion's Food Pantry. Jack Devine was instrumental in originating this event and a group of dedicated school district employees carry it out each year. This year the Food Pantry received over 2000 pounds of food which was picked up, sorted and shelved by members of our Food Pantry volunteer team. In addition, the WCT set up a GoFundMe donation page which raised over $2500 through the generosity of the teachers and other donors. Gayhead and Kinry Road Elementary Schools were the big winners in amount of food collected this year. The Food Pantry is very grateful to all the teachers and students who participated in making this year's WCT Food Drive a success!

Handing out Thanksgiving meals at Zion’s Food Pantry
Zion’s Food Pantry serves families and individuals in the Wappingers Falls area. The Food Pantry is located behind the Rectory at 12 Satterlee Place, Wappingers Falls, NY.
Hours of Operation: Every Wednesday, from 12:00 to 2 pm, and from 6 to 7 pm.
Contributions to Zion’s Food Pantry can be made in several ways:
- Food can be dropped off, and placed in the designated boxes located on the porch of the Rectory, or
- Food can be brought to Church on Sunday and placed in the offering basket, or
- Monetary contributions can be made online, by clicking here.
New Side by Side doors recently added to the Food Pantry, in May 2021, for better access in all seasons.
