SUMMARY OF VESTRY MINUTES MAY 18, 2021:

Guest Joe Morris gave a presentation on Greening the Church about heat exchange and solar panel programs.

The vestry decided to open the parish hall and allow food, but charge a deposit to use the kitchen (refunded if properly cleaned). No coffee hour yet. They also decided to open seating in church with masks still required. We are awaiting a plan for when and how to resume choir.

We will take a survey to learn the reasons for preferring the 7:30 or 10:00 services.

John Karge volunteered to take charge of assigning plots for the community garden.

Many committees lost their chairs during the shutdown - volunteers needed! We also need volunteers for the search committee for a new rector.
