Health and Safety Protocols at Zion Episcopal Church

Updated December 13th , 2022:

Zion Episcopal Church is committed to ensuring a safe environment for our parishioners, staff, and
visitors. We will be carefully monitoring health and safety conditions in and around the region of
Dutchess County, along with local and CDC guidelines, and we will communicate exact protocols should
any severe disease outbreaks occur within the Zion community.

Should any parishioners experience symptoms related to COVID, flu, or other infectious diseases, they
are asked to stay home and worship with the congregation via our livestream on Facebook, if possible. Those experiencing illness are also encouraged to call or text Father Alex for pastoral support at 845-370-2784. Although masking is not required at Zion Episcopal Church to attend or participate in worship services, parishioners and staff are welcome to wear masks should they so choose.

Should any readers, altar guild members, LEMs, choir members, ushers, or altar servers experience
symptoms related to COVID, flu, or other infectious diseases, they are also asked to stay home and
worship with the congregation via our livestream on Facebook, if possible. If a reader, altar guild
member, LEM, choir member, usher, or altar server be unable to serve at a worship service due to
illness, they should call or text Father Alex at 845-370-2784, as well as reach out to the head of their
respective guilds.

Thank you in advance for your loving cooperation!
